PORTLAND — Patrick John Burnham, son of Ronald and Suzanne Burnham of Gardiner, has been named to the spring semester dean’s list at the University of New England.
A 2008 graduate of Gardiner Area High School, Burnham is majoring in marine biology. At the university, he is also involved in student government, social activism and the ocean clubs.

attain dean’s honors
BEVERLY, Mass. — Three local students have been named to the spring semester dean’s list at Endicott College.
Hayley Lachance is the daughter of Steven Lachance of Farmingdale and Holly Lachance of Winthrop. She is a sophomore majoring in nursing.
Katherine S. Landry is the daughter of Stephen and Emily Landry of Augusta. She is a senior majoring in liberal studies, teacher licensure.
Andrea Wing is the daughter of Andrew Wing of Augusta and Rhonda Poirier of Sidney. She is a junior majoring in psychology.

UNE dean’s list
PORTLAND — Morgan Jones, daughter of Bill and Lisa Jones of Chelsea, has been named to the spring semester dean’s list at the University of New England.
A 2011 graduate of Cony High School, Jones is majoring in nursing. At the university, she is also involved in the equestrian team.

into Golden Key
MONMOUTH — Maija Robbins of Monmouth, a student at the University of Southern Maine, has accepted membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society and was honored during a recent induction ceremony at the university.

PORTLAND — The University of Southern Maine has announced its part-time, in-state students dean’s list for the 2011-2012 academic year.
Local part-time students are: Brian Beach and Luke Sturtevant, both of Augusta; Danielle Moody of Dresden; Nicholas Hussey of Gardiner; Kimberly Davenport of Greene; Caleb Richards of Jefferson; Peter Richard of Lisbon; Joshua Minnich of Lisbon Falls; Virginia Jarvi of Richmond; Amanda Black, Sherri Bright, and Trevor Grondin, all of Sabattus; Anne Clifford of Vassalboro; and Kimberly Kempton of Winthrop.

lists honor students
WALTHAM, Mass. — Two local students have received spring semester honors at Bentley University.
James Fongemie of Augusta, Maine, was named to the president’s list, and Samuel Maroon of China Village, Maine, was named to the dean’s list.
