The New Vineyard Library Association recently received two grants totaling $27,600 from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development program. The association will use the money to build an addition onto the library, as well as install a septic system and a well to address Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility issues. The space will allow for additional educational and literary services and serve as a meeting space for town residents.
