* Planning meeting for 2013, Thursday, Sept. 20, Madison.
* Planning meeting for 2013, 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, Somerset Extension, Norridgewock.
* Planning meeting for 2013, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 11, Ripley.
* Planning meeting for 2013, Thursday, Sept. 13, Solon.
The Washington County Extension Homemakers welcomes all to its 2012 Fall State of Maine Extension Homemakers Council meeting Friday, Sept. 14, and Saturday, Sept. 15, at Machias and Whitneyville. Choice of tours will be West Quoddy lighthouse, Wreath Across America Museum and Burnham Tavern and Gates House. The entertainment on Friday evening will be the University of Maine at Machias Ukulele Club. On Saturday, before lunch, the Fannie Farmer presentation and raffle will be held.
