8:15 p.m., Julie A. Baker, 30, of Pleasant Street, Oakland, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence with prior, assault, refusing to submit to arrest, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, on Norridgewock Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 8 p.m., Khanh Le, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of burglary at the Lebanese Bakery on Temple Street.
