GARDINER — Gardiner Adult Education will offer a free series of parenting classes — 1,2,3,4 Parents! — beginning on Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Gardiner Area High School, Room 106, 40 West Hill Road.
The class, led by Deb Rich, a community resource provider at Kennebec Valley Community Action’s Program’s Family Enrichment Council, will offer informatin on discipline methods, temper tantrums, how to establish routines, and more.
Additional classes will take place on Sept. 24 and Oct. 1.
