Gas prices go up; the stock market goes down.

Am I the only one who sees this? It amazes me that this government lets this happen without a word.

People complain, and then the Legislature says, “We are going to set up a committee to study why.”

Prices go down a little until people stop complaining and everything gets swept under the rug.

If I were an outsider, I might figure that our Congress was in the pockets of the oil companies right along with this president — who, by the way, said before he was elected that he wanted to see gas prices above $5 a gallon.

This guy is trying to destroy our country, and he is succeeding. We need change in our government, not just change for the sake of change, but real change, for the good of our country.

People need to start voting with their heads. Look where we are since the last election. Do people want more of the same?

I refuse to vote for anyone — Republican or Democrat — who is in office now.

I do not have the answers, but I do have many questions. Maybe we all should start asking ourselves a few, before this great country, the United States of America, is no more.
