DAMARISCOTTA — Sunday, Sept. 30 is Damariscotta Day at the historic Chapman Hall House in Damariscotta with free admission for residents of the town, and paid admission for others.

Hours are from noon to 4 p.m. with entertainment from 1 to 3 p.m. by the musical group ” The Haymakers” courtesy of Colby and Gale Inc.

A period study house, the kitchen depicts the time frame of 1754 when the house was built, according to a release.

Owned and operated by the Lincoln County Historical Association, the Chapman Hall House is open seasonally on weekends with Sunday, Oct. 7 the last day of the season.
