WATERVILLE — The Spirit Night Parade will not take place tonight because of forecasted heavy rains, said Community Spirit Night festivity organizer Shanon Gurski Dixon.
Dixon said that the event, which was originally scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the parking lot of Elmwood Primary Care on Main Street, is rescheduled for Friday, Oct. 12.
The event, which typically consists of a parade, pep rally and bonfire, is sponsored by the Waterville Senior High School athletic department.
