Routinely, when the House is in session, Sharon Treat, my representative from District 79, does not present to chambers until after the prayer, national anthem and Pledge of Allegiance have been completed.

Treat, a Democrat, is a proud member of the Progressive Caucus (the George Soros-funded Progressive States Network), which I believe is essentially a socialist group, and she votes in lock step with the caucus.

She is pro-abortion, pro-big government, anti-Second Amendment and anti-small business.

For these and other reasons, I will vote for Republican William Guerrette, a common-sense, pro-American, pro-Constitution, pro-limited government, pro-small business and pro-life candidate.

Let this be the year we celebrate Treat’s retirement.
