Rep. Jeff McCabe, Democratic candidate for House District 85, received endorsements from both Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine, for his support of sporting issues and gun rights, and Maine Conservation Voters, for his votes to protect Maine’s natural resources.
McCabe has no hidden agenda but seeks balance, working to find common ground in a time of political gridlock.
McCabe is proud to stand up in support of our sporting heritage and our natural resources, He knows Skowhegan’s economy depends on recreation, clean air, clean water and our working forests.
McCabe’s record speaks for itself, as he has worked to get bipartisan support on dozens of issues. When McCabe worked on LURC reform, he was concerned about camp owners and their ability to do needed improvements with our over-burdensome regulations. He made sure their concerns were addressed.
I ask others to join me in supporting McCabe and returning him to Augusta.
