Our neighbor Alan Stearns is running for Hallowell City Councilor-at-Large.
Stearns is a born leader with an honest, direct approach. He has 20 years of experience with fiscal management, project management and policy. He knows the basics of roads, buildings, fire and police. This wide experience gives him a strong basis of knowledge and experience for running a city.
Most important is Stearns’ love of Hallowell. He wants what is best for our city and its people. He has a deep appreciation for its diverse and cultured heritage and is passionate in his desire for the best possible development and use of Hallowell’s rich and varied resources.
Stearns is an honest, energetic man who understands compromise and is not afraid of hard work. He is the right choice who will help Hallowell become the best city it can be.
