Republican Corey Wilson has never served in the Maine Legislature, and that is precisely why we need to elect him to represent the people of District 56 (Augusta).

Now, more than ever, we need an outsider whose real-life experiences will provide a fresh perspective on solving Maine’s fiscal problems.

Wilson’s resume is more than impressive. He’s a Marine Corps veteran who put his life on the line to serve in the battlefields of Iraq. His transition to civilian life has been remarkable.

In addition to receiving a bachelor of science degree in business management, he is actively pursuing a master’s degree in business with a concentration in health care. Wilson also has started small businesses locally and knows how to create jobs.

Everything Wilson has accomplished demonstrates he is a go-getter and consensus builder, and will be a great choice to represent Augusta.
