IN OAKLAND, Thursday, at 1:58 p.m., Michael A. Jacques, 23, of Gifford place, was arrested on a warrant on Fairfield Street.
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 8:30 a.m., Deon Gregory Routt, 22, listed as transient, arrested on a warrant from Colorado, as well as a charge of fugitive from justice, on Oak Street.
9:29 p.m., Laura Saucier, 34, of 1 King Court, arrested on a warrant, on Silver Street.
