5:52 p.m., a 27-year-old Vassalboro man was charged with theft and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.

6:14 p.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at Uplift Incorporated on Lamson Road.

1:59 a.m., four people were each charged with theft by police responding to a complaint on Stewart Lane. Those charged include two Windsor men, ages 20 and 22; a 22-year-old Augusta man and an 18-year-old Vassalboro man.

3:26 a.m., police responded to a 911 hang-up on Eight Rod Road.

8:07 a.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at Maine Veterans’ Home on Cony Road.

8:28 a.m., there was a hit-and-run accident reported on Cony Street.

A 22-year-old man was charged with theft by police investigating a shoplifting complaint at Fullers Market on Hallowell/Litchfield Road. Video surveillance showed a man putting about $25 worth of tools and merchandise in his pocket, police said.

A 42-year old man was charged with operating after suspension during a traffic stop on Interstate 295.

There was a report of mischief on Horseshoe Way.

Richard Lefebvre, 62, was charged with operating under the influence by police responding to a report of a fight between a sister and brother on Peace Pipe Shores.
