Voters in District 80 (Monmouth, Litchfield and Wales) have an exciting opportunity to elect an energetic and capable candidate to the Legislature named Rachel Sukeforth, a Democrat.
Having grown up in this district, she is aware of the difficulties facing families in these challenging times and will work to promote effective strategies to improve the economy.
Unlike the party currently in power in Augusta, Sukeforth understands that Maine’s natural resources support good-paying jobs and give us a competitive advantage over other states, but only if we craft policies that protect the environment so that it can continue to provide job growth.
Sukeforth knows that economic opportunity and sustainable natural resources are inextricably linked together. I hope others join me in voting for Sukeforth to keep Maine working.
