Indiana Republican Richard Mourdock said recently that pregnancies resulting from rape are “something that God intended to happen.”
Now this must mean that the “rape” is also “something that God intended to happen.”
Good or bad? To what other actions or thoughts or happenings can we apply this kind of logic? How about the disappearance of a little girl in Waterville. God “intended” this to happen? What about 3,000 dead on 9/11? Etc., etc. One could go on and on. What is your conclusion?
