WATERVILLE — Jocelyn Cates, a student at George Mitchell School, recently won the grand prize for winning the second-grade coloring contest sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1285. Cates competed against Regional School Unit 18 and Waterville school system.
