NORTHPORT — Erin Berger and David Mejia were married on October 21, 2012, at Point Lookout Resort in Northport. The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s father, Bruce Berger, an ordained minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Janet Berger of Augusta. She is a 2004 graduate of Cony High School and a 2007 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse in the emergency room at Maine General Medical Center, in Augusta.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Central High School, Brooksville, Fla. and a 1999 graduate of Pasco-Hernando Community College, New Port Richey, Fla. He is a paramedic and the operations chief at Sterling Ambulance Service located in Union.

The maid of honor was Lisa Glidden of Patten. Bridesmaids were Jocelyn Mejia, sister-in-law of the groom of Springhill, Fla. and Penny Lavway of Waterville. Junior bridesmaids were Maesea Estabrook, cousin of the bride of Monmouth and Kayla Mejia, niece of the groom of Deltona, Fla. Flower girls were Rory, Mara and Addy Mangin of Augusta.

The best man was Steve Passione of Springhill, Fla. Groomsmen were Erick Mejia, brother of the groom of Springhill, Fla. and Chris Lavway of Waterville. Junior ushers were Preston Estabrook, cousin of the bride of Monmouth, and Gage Mangin of Augusta. Ring bearers were Josiah and Jacob Mejia, nephews of the groom of Springhill, Fla.

Following a honeymoon in Quebec City, the couple lives in Gardiner with their dogs, Sager Splint and Ace Bandage.
