AUBURN — A daughter, Natalie Jayne Kline, was born at 8:29 a.m. Jan. 1 at Central Maine Medical Center to Anthony and Jessica Kline of Auburn. She weighed eight pounds and measured 20 1/5 inches in length.

WATERVILLE — Quarry Road Recreation Area Winter Carnival will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Quarry Road Trails off North Street.

PITTSFIELD — The Pittsfield Public Library will host a Bone Builders demonstration from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31. The osteoporosis prevention exercise program is sponsored by the HealthReach Retired and Senior Volunteer Program.

WATERVILLE — Adventure Girls program, for second- through sixth-grade girls, will host two sessions of science activities. The activities will range from dropping eggs to floating boats and learning about the universe and cosmos.

SKOWHEGAN — Spectrum Generations Somerset is seeking volunteer drivers to deliver Meals on Wheels to homebound seniors starting immediately. Drivers are needed for Hartland, Skowhegan, Norridgewock, Anson and Madison routes.

WATERVILLE — Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area will offer an eight-week support group for parents who have experienced the death of an infant. The group will start meeting at the end of January.
