CHINA — Erskine Academy students and staff recently attended a Renaissance Assembly to honor their peers with Renaissance Awards.
Recognition Awards were presented to the following students: Natasha Elliott, Erik Dodge, Aidan Traynor, Alex Peddie, Amber Grady, Jared Gartley, Madison Furst, Alexandra Morris, Richard Preston, Anthony Arbour and Phoebe Cram.
In addition to Recognition Awards, Student of the Trimester Awards were also presented to seniors Raina Rauch, daughter of Kurt and Jill Rauch of Palermo; Katherine Newcombe, daughter of Darlene and Philip Newcombe of Whitefield; Kelly McCormac, daughter of Scott and Katherine McCormac of China; and Hallee Breton, daughter of Claire and Denis Breton of China. Students of the Trimester are recognized as individuals who have gone above and beyond in all aspects of their high school careers.
In appreciation of their dedication and service to Erskine Academy, two Faculty of the Trimester awards were also presented to David Farady, English instructor and Sharon Brunette, food service director.
