STARKS — Vincent and Diane Lovell of Starks celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 12, 2013, at Joe’s Steak House in Waterville. The anniversary celebration was attended by the happy couple, their three children and spouses, their two granddaughters and Mr. Lovell’s mother, Mary Lovell.
Mr. Lovell and the former Diane Sproull were married Jan. 12, 1963, at the Baptist Church in Madison.
Mrs. Lovell was treasurer for the Town of Starks for eight years.
Mr. Lovell served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, then worked as a millwright and carpenter, and is now retired.
The couple have three children, Vanda and her husband Rodney of Van Buren, Kristi and her husband Tim of Clinton, and Parrish of Fairfield; and two grandchildren, Nicky and Erin.
