Arrests 

IN NORTH ANSON, Saturday at 10:53 p.m., Theresa Anne Ferrigno, 53, of North Anson, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 5:33 p.m., Alison Thomas, 33, of Hathaway Street, was arrested on charges of theft and assault on Hathaway Street.

7:30 p.m., Zachariah Vincent, 25, of Middle Road in Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of theft at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.

7:30 p.m., Eugene Frost, 18, of Main Street in Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of alcohol by a minor at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.

11:59 p.m., Kelly Rees, 26, of Dalton Street, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Dalton Street.
