WINDSOR — A scholarship fund dedicated to Windsor residents attending Kennebec Valley Community College was recently established because of a $25,000 donation to the KVCC Foundation.

The NETCo Scholarship Fund was established to encourage Windsor residents to enroll in college and achieve personal, academic and professional success. Scholarships may be awarded in amounts up to $3,000 per year for full-time students and $1,500 per year for part-time students.

Preference for scholarship awards will be given to students 24 and older who wish to enroll in a degree or certificate program of study at KVCC.

The scholarship program provides an opportunity for students to enter college for the first time, or to return to higher education to complete an unfinished degree.

Recipients must attend KVCC and must demonstrate financial need by completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
