Shayne David Humphrey, 20, Waterville, criminal mischief, Oct. 17, 2012, in Waterville; two-day jail sentence, $100 restitution. Violating condition of release, Jan. 11, 2013, in Waterville; four-day jail sentence. Violating protective order, Jan. 11, 2013, in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence all but four days suspended, one-year probation.
