FARMINGDALE — Benjamin Hodgkins, a student at Hall-Dale Middle School, has qualified to represent his school and will participate at the state level of the National Geographic Bee.

Hodgkins is a seventh-grade student at the middle school, where he is on the Math Team. He is the son of Glenn and Sara Hodgkins of Hallowell.

The state Bee will be held on Friday, April 5, at the University of Maine in Farmington.
