WATERVILLE — The Waterville Parks and Recreation Department will hold its 26th annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 30, on the fields behind the Waterville Junior High School, off of West River Road. In case of poor field conditions, the parking lot will be utilized for the hunt.
The free event is open to children ages 3-7. Participants should plan on arriving approximately 15 minutes prior to start time.
The Easter Bunny will be there to meet with the children and assist in the search for more than 6,000 hidden eggs filled with candy and prizes. Children should bring a basket or a container to collect eggs and dress appropriately for the weather.
For more information, call the Parks and Recreation Department at 680-4744.
