NORRIDGEWOCK — In an effort to promote reading, gardening, good eating habits and outdoor exercise, the Norridgewock Library will lend seeds to interested patrons in mid-April. Each packet will contain planting instructions.
Borrowers will be expected to return seeds, which have been gathered at harvest-time, to the library in the fall.
If participants have excess harvest, they can check with the library to learn where extra food can be donated.
