The second of three people charged in a Jan. 22 robbery at CVS Pharmacy in Augusta has pleaded guilty.
According to records in U.S. District Court in Bangor, Stephanie L. McCormick, 22, of Augusta, wrote the note used in the Jan. 22 robbery at CVS Pharmacy on Stone Street. She was arrested and charged nine days after the robbery and has remained in federal custody since then.

The note, carried by Anthony W. Post, 19, of Auburn, stated, “Quickly & Calmly put All oxycodone in bag If not I have a gun & will start shooting No Scene!”
Post, who pleaded guilty earlier this month to the pharmacy robbery, fled with several bottles of OxyContin pills, and investigators later found the pill bottles and caps discarded along Eastern Avenue.
McCormick and Post each face maximum prison terms of 20 years.
A third person, Candice Marie Eaton, 26, of Augusta, is accused of aiding and abetting the robbery by driving Post and McCormick there.
Eaton was arrested March 12 by Augusta Police and FBI agents and remains free on $10,000 unsecured bail.
“No firearm was possessed or used,” according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Federal officials became involved in the case because of a request by the Kennebec County District Attorney’s office.
