At 6:20 p.m., David J. O’Connor, 30, of Viles Street, was arrested on a charge of domestic-violence assault.

6:56 p.m., Valerie Murphy Naiva, 47, of Water Street, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and theft after an incident at the Hannaford supermarket on Cony Street.

7:40 p.m., Melinda A. Darveau, 40, of Court Street, was arrested on a warrant following a disturbance on Court Street.

At 10:19 a.m., Matthew Ashby, 18, of New England Road, was issued a summons on an assault charge. A 17-year-old was also was summonsed after an incident at the east side boat Landing Park.
