AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced this week in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:
* Joseph Hart, 27, of Chelsea, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release April 14 in Chelsea; 48-hour jail sentence, $750 fine, 90-day license suspension.
* James Haskell Jr., 37 of North Waterboro, eluding an officer and operating a vehicle without a license Feb. 19 in Farmingdale; six-month jail sentence.
* Jessica Hutchins, 28, of Norridgewock, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 18-24, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,500 restitution.
* Damian C. Sullivan, 25, of Randolph, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, all Feb. 17 in Chelsea, and violating condition of release March 23 in Randolph; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $370 restitution.
