IN STARKS, Saturday, at 11:40 a.m., Sharon Rose Kennedy, of Industry, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and reckless conduct.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday, at 12:06 p.m., Michael Gray, 48, of Mount Pleasant Street, was arrested on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, on Mount Pleasant Street.
