At 4:25 p.m. Eric Charles Shorey, 37, of Augusta was arrested at Shaw’s Supermarket, Western Avenue, following a report of shoplifting. He was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and also arrested on a warrant charging failure to pay a fine.

Thursday

At 5:24 a.m., Daryl S. Case, 27, of Windsor was arrested on North Belfast Avenue following a report of a disturbance. He was charged with operating under the influence and operating after license suspension.

10:40 a.m., Virginia M. Marston, 27, of Monmouth, was arrested at the Augusta Police Department, Union Street, on a warrant.
