Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 10:04 a.m., Jason Lucas Bell, 46, of Dennistown Plantation, was arrested on a charge of speeding 30 mph over the speed limit and on a warrant for failure to appear.

7:25 p.m., Heidi McDougal, 28, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and for using offensive words or gestures.
