Sandra Watson tosses bean bags into a milk can during the Kennebec Community Church’s Memorial Weekend Block Party on Sunday at the Buker Center in Augusta. The event was supposed to be outdoors, but the carnival games, food booths and bounce houses were moved inside the building because of the rainy weekend weather.
