James Dunlop, of Richmond, holds a floor mat he purchased over his head Wednesday while exiting Home Depot in Augusta in pouring rain. The clouds are expected to dissolve by Thursday and temperatures may climb in to the 90s by Friday, according to forecasts. Dunlop said the mat will be placed in front of the sink at his home.
