Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Todd Welch, 32, of New Sharon, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Zachary Vadnais, 21, of New Sharon, was arrested on the charge of theft by unauthorized use of property.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday, at 12:53 p.m., Sare M. Collman, 29, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening, on Clinton Avenue.
