FARMINGTON — “Old South Church Digs In” Nursery containers are coming out of winter storage and being filled with newly divided plants as the the Old South Church First Congregational Church, UCC, Fundraising Committee prepares for its annual plant sale.
The FRC Committee and church volunteers will offer perennials, herbs, shrubs, houseplants and various gardening related items for sale during its annual plant sale, which will be just one day this year, on Saturday, June 1, beginning at 8 a.m. at Holman House lawn, 227 Main St.
The plant sale will take place rain or shine. Proceeds will benefit Old South Church’s outreach, community service and youth programs.
