WINSLOW — Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress just before 6 p.m. Tuesday on Taylor Road. Waterville police, who assisted Winslow police, said two 17-year-old boys had made their way into a barn. Police said it was a case of criminal trespass. No one was injured.

Summons

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 10:53 a.m., Ryan Lee Marden, 26, of Depot Street, Kingfield, was summoned on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, on First Park Drive.

2:09 p.m., Dennis Stratton, 35, of Summer street, was summoned on a charge of operating after habitual offender, on Heath Street.

Arrests

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 8:06 p.m., Brandon Parker, 28, of Hill Street, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Hill Street.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 6:09 a.m., Charles Perri, 19, of Skowhegan, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise, aggravated criminal mischief, assault and being a minor consuming liquor.

9:45 a.m., Matthew David York, 24, of Madison, arrested on a probation violation.

5:40 p.m., Randy Scott Kitchin, 45, of Detroit, arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday, at 5:48 p.m., a juvenile, 17, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving stolen property, and possession of marijuana, on Taylor Road.

Wednesday, at 1:15 a.m., Marie Rose Towers, 33, of Poulin Street, was arrested on two warrants, on Poulin Street.
