WINSLOW — St. John Council 7300, Knights of Columbus, recently elected new officers for its new fiscal year, which begins in July.
The council conducted an impromptu meeting during the June 2 breakfast, and elected Mike Pelletier, of Sidney, as its Grand Knight. Pelletier, 32, succeeds Robert Bizier, of Albion, who lead the council for three years,
Other new officers include: Marc Sirois, of Winslow, Deputy Grand Knight; Phil Begin, of Winslow, chancellor; Bizier, treasurer; Larry Grard, of Winslow, recorder; Gerard Poissonnier, of Winslow, financial secretary; Don Breton, of Winslow, inside guard; and Dave Easinsky, of Benton, outside guard. Trustees include: Bob Trionfante, of Waterville; Lee Giroux, of Winslow; and Ernie Baker, of Winslow.
The Winslow Knights meet at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., in the St. John’s Church basement. They’re looking for a few good Catholic men.
