AUGUSTA — The Children’s Discovery Museum will hold its Kid’s Summer Kickoff event from 4:30 to 7 p.m. June 19 at the Augusta Armory.

There will be a bounce house and bounce obstacle course, Tony Sohns — also known as “The Bug Man” — with his extensive bug displays, a magic show by Conjuring Carroll, balloon sculptures by Mainely Balloons, games, crafts, donut decorating and more. Pizza, hot dogs, chips, popcorn and ice cream will be served.

Admission costs $6.95 per person. All proceeds benefit the museum.
