Daniel Ackerley, 27, of Winthrop, operating moped or scooter without a license Sept. 8, 2012, in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Nicholas Arkas, 46, of Gardiner, operating unregistered ATV May 18, no town listed; $200 fine.

Brandon Joseph Arnold, 20, of Chelsea, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, April 8 in Manchester; four-day jail sentence.

Ryan D. Ashey, 26, of Winslow, criminal trespass April 20 in Augusta; 16-hour jail sentence.

Michael E. Brown II, 34, of Sidney, operating while license suspended or revoked April 19 in Augusta; $500 fine.
