11:02 a.m., Russell Charles Vonnaa, 31, of Augusta, was charged burglary from a motor vehicle, violating condition of release and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer by police responding to a report of shoplifting at CVS Pharmacy on Stone Street.
