At 12:04 a.m., Michael Robert Trytek, 28, was charged with operating under the influence and operating with a suspended license by police making a motor vehicle stop on Arsenal Street.

11:02 a.m., Russell Charles Vonnaa, 31, of Augusta, was charged burglary from a motor vehicle, violating condition of release and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer by police responding to a report of shoplifting at CVS Pharmacy on Stone Street.
