Two Franklin Savings Bank branch managers were recently promoted to vice president.
Skowhegan manager Sally Dwyer and Jay manager Lorna Niedner were promoted, according to a news release from the bank.
Dwyer joined the bank in 1998 as a commercial loan administrator in the Farmington office and the next year transferred to the Skowhegan branch. In 2000, she was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager. Dwyer and her husband, Larry, live in Madison.
Niedner has been with the bank for 27 years and was promoted to Jay branch manager in 2005. Niedner lives in Livermore with her family.
