ABINGTON, Pa. — Jacob M. Sylvain, of Norridgewock, has been named to the 2013 spring semester dean’s list at Penn State University. Sylvain’s major is petroleum and natural gas engineering.
He is the son of Eric and Karyn Sylvain. of Norridgewock, and a 2010 Skowhegan Area High School graduate.
