8:43 p.m., Timothy Norman Jennings, 34, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with theft at Cumberland Farms on Mount Vernon Avenue.

10:41 p.m., Kyle Littlefield, 19, of Albion, was arrested on a warrant on Bangor Lane.
