IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 3:31 p.m., Bradley Morse, 29, of Preble Hill, Vassalboro, was summoned on a charge of possession of marijuana, at Rite Aid on Main Street.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 8:10 a.m., Brandon Rancourt, 78, of Frankwood Drive, was summoned on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked on Bay Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Wednesday at 3:47 p.m., Kathleen Ann-Elizabeth St. Clair, 27, of York Harbor, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and violating condition of release.
