AUGUSTA – Several people were sentenced recently in Kennebec County Superior Court:
Stephen Daige, 28, of Boscawen, N.H., domestic violence assault June 6 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.
Tyler R. Hamilton, 19, of Chelsea, domestic violence assault May 12 of Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation.
Brian L. Hodge, 37, of Winthrop, operate after habitual offender revocation Feb. 8 in Augusta; nine-months and one day jail sentence, $1,000 fine.
Somer Mongeon, 35, of Farmingdale, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs April 5 in Winslow; four-year jail sentence, all but 15 months suspended, two years’ probation.
Floyd T. Patrick, 33, of Livermore Falls, theft by receiving stolen property April 28 in Waterville; 60-day jail sentence.
Brian Quirion, 48, of Augusta, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked June 3 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, four-year license and registration suspension, $1,300 fine.
Richard Shorty, 48, of Oakland, operating under the influence Feb. 14 in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, one-year administrative release, three-year license and registration suspension, $700 fine.
Ashley M. Steeves, 27, of Windsor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 9, 2012, in Gardiner; $400 fine.
Zackary E. Woodbury, 32, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 13 in Waterville; 12-month prison sentence.
