IN OAKLAND, Friday, at 4:40 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was summoned on a charge of cruelty to animals, on High Street.

Saturday, at 1:03 a.m., a 17-year-old girl from Portland, a 17-year-old girl from Benton, and Skylar Benjamin Caron, 19, of Burrill Street, Fairfield, were each summoned on a charge of minor consuming liquor, at Pleasant Point Park on McGrath Pond Road. A 16-year-old girl from Fairfield was summoned on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor.

7:01 p.m., Walter J. Humphrey, 46, of East Pond Road, Smithfield; Tatiana Gabrielle Sanders, 21, of Sherwin Street, Waterville; and Kelly Marie Nichols, 33, of Roosevelt Avenue, Waterville, were each summoned on a charge of drinking in public, at Pleasant Point Park, on McGrath Pond Road.

Sunday, at 10:44 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was summoned on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. A 17-year-old boy was summoned on a charge of possession of marijuana, on Fairfield Street.

Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday, Jesse Herling, 31, of Bethel, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.

Devin Komalainen, 25, Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.
Saturday, John Pillsbury, 49, of Phillips, was arrested on the charge of violating a protection from abuse order.

Scott Heikkinen, 49, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of failing to appear.
Sunday, Patrick Crocker, 48, of Phillips, was arrested on the charge of failing to register as a sex offender.

Ashley Rollo, 27, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.

IN OAKLAND, Friday, at 12:59 p.m., Jake D. Dumais, 26, and Christian J. Roney, 37, both of Summer Street in Waterville, were each arrested and charged with terrorizing and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, on Gold and Summer streets. Roney was also charged with violating condition of release.

Saturday, at 9:40 a.m., Kenneth R. Lachance, 58, of Poulin Street, Winslow, and Paul Dexter Burnham, 38, of Baker Street, Winslow, were each arrested and charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Baker Street. Lachance was also charged with violating condition of release.

8:24 p.m., Walter J. Humphrey, 46, of East Pond Road, Smithfield, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation with three priors, at Pleasant Point Park on McGrath Pond Road.
