CAMDEN — Gardiner scored five runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to earn a 6-5 win over The First in American Legion Zone 2 baseball action Tuesday.

Mario Meucci led off the inning with a double off the center field fence. The First picked up an out sandwiched between two walks to load the bases. Jim Therriault hit an RBI single followed by a two-run single by Alex Curtis. Brady Dion then had a two-run, game-winning single.

Both teams are now 7-10.
