IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 1:55 a.m., Sandy Ann Grover, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:11 p.m., Tarah Lynn Covell, 32, of Dexter, was arrested on a warrant.
